Test, showcase, try Drupal 6 with Framakey

Framasoft.net (mainly in french) provides analysis on open source softwares and packages to test or showcase an open source application from an usb key.

DrupalPortable package is ready to use from the USB key where you will download it. It doesn't change any thing on the computer on which you play your demo (no PC installation). It runs on a windows station.

Just

• download the DrupalPortable package here  or download from Framasoft website where you will find informations on Framakeys and other open source softwares (in french).

• unzip the package
• double-click on DrupalPackage.exe (in DrupalPackage folder)
• wait a few seconds for servers to start
• right-click on Drupal icon (bottom right on your screen) an click on "Ouvrir Drupal"  (open Drupal)
• showcase with  user/password : admin / framasoft.

When your demo is finished, right-click on Drupal icon (bottom right on your screen) an click on Quitter (quit).

Chipway updated on october 19th the framakey Drupal up to version 6.14, with Administration menu 6.x-1.5, Content Construction Kit (CCK) 6.x-2.5 and Views 6.x-2.6.

Note: the Framakey DrupalPortable is slow. While it is only for test or demo, without installation on the workstation, a high-performance computer is strongly advised.
